Who We Are

Strategy Forge Ecosystem operates the website strategyforgeecosystem.com and sells TradingView indicator subscriptions under the Trader’s Forge brand. We are not a registered company. The site is operated by an individual based in Thailand.

What Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Email address – when you submit a contact form or sign up to be notified about upcoming products (SFv2, The Vault).
  • TradingView username – when you subscribe, so we can grant access to the indicators on your TradingView account.
  • Payment information – handled entirely by Whop. We do not store or process your card details directly.
  • Contact form submissions – your name, email address, and message content when you contact us.

How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver TradingView indicator access after subscribing.
  • To respond to contact form enquiries.
  • To send a single notification email when a product you signed up for launches. We do not send marketing emails beyond this.
  • To manage your subscription and Discord access.

Third Parties

We use the following third party services:

  • Whop – subscription billing and payment processing. Whop handles all payment data. Their privacy policy is available at whop.com.
  • TradingView – indicator access is delivered via TradingView’s invite-only system. Your TradingView username is shared with TradingView for this purpose.
  • Discord – optional community access. If you join the Discord server, Discord’s own privacy policy applies to your use of their platform.
  • Hostinger – website hosting. Hostinger may collect standard server logs including IP addresses.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics platform.

Data Retention

  • Email addresses collected via notification forms are retained until you request removal.
  • Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.
  • Subscription and access data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for email notifications at any time.
